Data Suggests Wholesaling Opportunity Ready to Explode

In January, according to Experian, that number will ramp up again as the variable rate interest rates of tens of thousands of Alt-A loans (less than full-doc loans, usually homeowners with good or decent credit) reset, which can cause payments to skyrocket by 40%-60%. When this happens, the number of foreclosures will ramp up again, which will cause a corresponding rise in foreclosure opportunities.
